About Emma Jacobs Breast Cancer Foundation

Our Mission

Our mission as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization is to raise funds for breast cancer treatment and research and simultaneously spread awareness about this horrible disease. T.I.T.S. seeks to build community amongst Survivors and all those affected by Breast Cancer by sharing our stories with each other through our monthly newsletters. 

Our Story

The Emma F. Jacobs Foundation was formed in 2001, shortly before Emma was diagnosed with breast cancer.  In the subsequent years, she focused more and more on raising money for Breast Cancer.  The funds raised have gone to Methodist Hospital, Baylor College of Medicine, The Rose, and MD Anderson Cancer Center for Breast Cancer research and development.  Since 2006, she has partnered with two different Wine makers, one in California and one in Texas, that have made a Rose Wine to benefit her Foundation. T.I.T.S. was formed in 2010 and a Board created. The generous support and donations from board members, family and friends have been instrumental in fundraising efforts.
